Each year your HOA spends almost $2,000 mailing notices, invoices and statements to the membership.  This puts tremendous pressure on the budget, and your HOA is doing it's best to operate at the lowest possible cost.  Giving us the authorization to email to you instead of snail mail will help reduce the need for future dues increases.

Please complete the authorization form, and mail or scan/email it to us.

Washington State law requires we have your authorization in writing.  Please download the form, fill it in, sign it (all property owners have to sign), and send it to us!
